Stretch and De-Stress Sessions

Come join our small group sessions to stretch, relax, and breathe!

These 30-minute sessions are perfect for people who:

  • Spend too much time sitting, on the computer or otherwise, not getting enough movement

  • Do a vigorous exercise routine which doesn’t include enough flexibility work, OR have no exercise routine

  • Feel stiff after sitting or getting up in the morning

  • Are a little more stressed than normal and need a break for themselves :)

$25 per 30 minute session

Details

We will spend most of the time on our mat, or comfy carpet, stretching and breathing and learning to relax. This is a great addition to your regular exercise program or a good place to start if you aren’t currently getting any movement in your day. No experience needed!

 

Payment taken through Venmo or Zelle or a check.
