I work with you one-on-one to truly understand your goals, then coach you to achieve them through customized personal fitness training, health coaching, and pain relief methods. I work with clients in my home fitness studio in Austin, Texas.

We start with an informal complimentary session to get to know each other and to discuss your health and fitness goals.

From there, we map out a plan with your lifestyle in mind that you'll be able to stick with long-term.
Then we'll get started! Pricing is set at $45 for each one-hour session, whether it's fitness or health coaching.

Goal: Get back to your daily life, including yoga, walking your dog, and cooking.
Plan: Workouts to relieve tightness and tension and improve flexbility. When ready, begin strength training.
